Is it a scam? Who are they?
Is it a pyramid scheme?
No. WHIEDA uses an MLM model: products are distributed by partners rather than store shelves — but MLM in itself is not the same as a financial pyramid. The test is simple: mentally remove the entire partner model. Would there still be a product that a person would buy simply because they need it? Here, there would. The red flag is when they sell a dream of income, push urgency and can barely explain the product itself, the price and the terms.
Who is behind WHIEDA products?
A Chinese manufacturer holding state direct-selling licence TJ20160005 — fewer than a hundred such licences have been issued in the entire country. The trademark is registered in the US Principal Register. Imports into Russia are handled by OOO Garmoniya, INN 9701164645, with revenue of 2.3 billion roubles for 2025, and its founders match the alliance's stated leadership. All of this can be verified in public state registers.
They promise me it will cure. Should I believe it?
No. Legally these are food supplements, cosmetics, textiles and household appliances, not treatments — the Advertising Act, Article 25. Neither we nor a partner have the right to promise healing. If a consultant promises to remove a diagnosis or cancel your medication, that is a reason to be wary, not a sign of the product's strength.
Why is it more expensive than a similar item on a marketplace?
The original has a design patent, a Russian certificate with a number in the state register and a manufacturer who is accountable for the stated properties. The marketplace copy has no document, no address and no accountability. The difference isn't in the markup: one is verified and someone answers for it, the other you simply wear on your body every day.
Terahertz, anions, graphene — is it science or just pretty words?
The phenomena themselves are science with public sources: graphene was awarded the 2010 Nobel Prize in Physics, the pyro- and piezoelectric response of tourmaline is described in university papers, and air ions have been studied since Chizhevsky's time. But research into a phenomenon is not the same as testing a specific device, and the law prohibits attributing healing properties to products. We give direct links to the primary sources — read and decide for yourself.
How to buy, delivery, returns
How do I place an order and who fulfils it?
A request on the site goes to the partner whose link brought you here. They help you choose the item and register you in the company's official system. The contract, payment and delivery go through WHIEDA's official legal entity in your country and city, not through the site. All products are covered by a warranty, and a partner agreement is signed.
How long does delivery take and where do you ship?
Delivery works worldwide: as of today, around 60 countries, with offices and representative branches in many cities. We'll go over timelines and the office nearest you in the initial consultation.
Can I return a product, and is there a warranty?
In case of a defect or a device malfunction — full replacement within a year. After that a lifetime warranty applies: replacement with a new item for a small surcharge.
How does the price differ between partners?
It doesn't. There is one price, and it comes from the company's price list. A partner can't raise or lower it — that's what trust in the network rests on.
How can I get in touch before buying?
I reply personally, no managers or bots. Any form on the site goes straight to my private messages.
Product questions
Do red spots on insoles mean heart problems?
No, spots can't tell you whether heart disease is present or absent. The manufacturer links the color red to the topic of the heart and suggests paying closer attention to how you feel. It's a reason to assess your symptoms and, if necessary, get a regular check-up — not a ready-made diagnostic result.
Why did the insole turn red on one side only?
One side may have more contact with the shoe, get more moisture or rub against a seam and the lining. Compare both insoles, the inner surface of the shoes and the areas where the mark appeared.
How do WHIEDA glasses differ from cheap “anti-blue” ones?
The lenses stay clear: filtering of the 380–500 nm range and an anti-glare coating with natural colour rendering — per the model specification, with no yellow haze. The frame is made of PA6/G composite with a graphene component and tourmaline nano-bioceramic; its declared anion activity is 1,000–2,200 ions per cm³.
What WWC is
What is WWC?
WWC is an international partner community and an open information hub. The project brings together a detailed knowledge base on WHIEDA products and technologies, articles, meetings and members' personal pages.
Is WWC the official WHIEDA website?
No. WWC is an independent information and partner project. Purchase and registration go through the company's official channels via the link of the partner you choose.
